That this House celebrates the achievement of Mr Atsushi Horiba, Chairman and CEO of HORBIA on his award, the Honorary Officer of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (OBE) by His Majesty King Charles III; recognises Mr Horiba’s services to the UK automotive sector; and thanks him for his investment and commitment to the UK mobility industry.
