That this House congratulates Mr Geoffrey Hayes, a resident of Lomond View in North East Fife, on being celebrated for a remarkable 50-year contribution to engineering; recognises the outstanding dedication and impact of his work over five decades, both locally and within the wider engineering community; honours the positive difference he has made through his expertise, commitment and service; and sends best wishes for continued success and fulfilment in the years ahead.
