Motion text
That this House notes that 11 March 2026 marks European Remembrance Day for Victims of Terrorism; acknowledges the many innocent victims across UK and Europe who must not be forgotten; also commends those whose endeavours are aimed at highlighting the difference between innocent victims who have suffered and some of the perpetrators of terror who attempt to portray themselves as victims; and offers thanks to those who organised the lighting of public buildings on the day as tangible expressions of support for this very worthwhile campaign.
