That this House congratulates Councillor Joan Bell on her appointment as Lord Mayor of Stoke-on-Trent; celebrates her successful year as Deputy Lord Mayor; recognises her longstanding commitment to public service as a Councillor; and further recognises her success as chair of the Adult Social Care Overview and Scrutiny committee on Stoke-on-Trent City Council.
