That an humble Address be presented to His Majesty, praying that the Infrastructure Planning (Development Consent) (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2026 (SI, 2026, No. 735), dated 30 June 2026, a copy of which was laid before this House on 3 July 2026, be annulled.
