That this House celebrates the 25th anniversary of Glasgow ANSAR, a local community group deep-rooted in inclusion and respect; highlights the crucial work they do across Glasgow in creating opportunities through sports, arts and community, allowing many marginalised groups a place of comfort and safety; emphasises the roles Shazia Malik, Zubair Malik, Kashif Yousaf, Aqsa Akram and Jawad Khursheed have played in ensuring Glasgow ANSAR has been able to thrive and provide opportunities to so many across our city; encourages the Government to continue to support these groups as beacons of our local communities; and recognises and thanks the tireless work of the volunteer sector across Scotland and the UK as a whole.
