That this House congratulates ANYiSO on the occasion of its tenth anniversary conference, celebrating a decade of dedicated service to ethnic minority communities in Glasgow West; recognises the vision and leadership of its founder, Shulamite Ezechi, who established the organisation in 2014 to create opportunities for ethnic minority women and young people to access support, develop skills and realise their full potential; commends the organisation's commitment to empowering individuals through education, health and wellbeing initiatives, skills development, training, workshops and seminars that promote economic independence and help prevent and relieve poverty; further recognises its outstanding contribution to supporting ethnic minority communities, refugees, asylum seekers and others facing disadvantage by fostering community integration, promoting equality, reducing isolation and strengthening social cohesion; notes the organisation's successful partnerships with national and international organisations to expand opportunities and support for those it serves; applauds the significant and lasting impact that ANYiSO has made in creating welcoming and inclusive communities across Glasgow; acknowledges the national and international recognition the charity has received through awards, nominations and media coverage; and wishes everyone associated with ANYiSO every success for the future as it continues its invaluable work empowering communities and promoting opportunity for all.
