That this House congratulates the Cafolla family on the historic 100th anniversary of Cafollas Cafe in Newtownards; recognises the extraordinary milestone of achieving a century of business on the local high street since its establishment in 1926; highlights that the Cafolla family has become an integral part of the fabric of Newtownards, serving generations of local residents with exceptional warmth, dedication, and their famously renowned ice cream; notes that the cafe has served as a central hub for community life, fostering countless cherished memories, first dates, family gatherings, and traditions over the last one hundred years; applauds the resilience, passion and enduring community spirit demonstrated by the family and their dedicated staff, past and present, through decades of societal and economic change; thanks the Cafolla family for their unwavering commitment to the area and their significant contribution to the local economy and town culture; and wishes the family continued success as they embark on their next century at the heart of the Newtownards community.
