That this House congratulates Barrow Raiders RLFC on their achievement of being ranked the top championship club in the 2026 Rugby Football League club grading process, ranking the club 15th nationally for the 2026 season; notes that the grading system assesses clubs against criteria including fan engagement, financial sustainability, stadium facilities, community impact and on-field performance; recognises the outstanding efforts of the club's chairman Steve Neale, the board, players, staff, volunteers and supporters on this achievement and their work for the club and the wider community; welcomes the club's strong performance across a number of grading categories; acknowledges the significant contribution made by Barrow Raiders and the Barrow Raiders Foundation to the sporting, social and economic life of Barrow and Furness; further recognises the ambition of the club to continue improving its facilities, attendances and commercial growth; and wishes Barrow Raiders every success in building on this achievement and pursuing its long-term aspirations within the game of rugby league.
