That this House celebrates the birth of the first baby on North Ronaldsay in more than 30 years; congratulates the family on the arrival of their new addition; recognises the importance of this joyful occasion for the island’s close-knit community; and wishes the family and the newest young resident of North Ronaldsay every happiness for the future.
