That this House congratulates 12-year-old Sophie Eunson on raising almost £4,000 to provide care packages for cancer patients at Gilbert Bain Hospital; notes that Sophie was inspired by her mother Grace’s recent breast cancer diagnosis; recognises the determination and compassion shown by Sophie in undertaking a sponsored walk from Vementry to Da Briggs to raise funds for the initiative; commends Sophie for turning her fundraising into practical support for people undergoing cancer treatment; celebrates the generosity of everyone who supported her fundraising efforts; and further recognises the positive contribution of young people like Sophie to the Shetland community.
