That this House congratulates J. & S. Hay, an agricultural contracting business based in Birsay, on winning Contractor of the Year at the Scottish Agriculture Awards 2026; recognises this achievement as a testament to the skill and dedication of the business and its team; and celebrates the contribution of Orkney's agricultural businesses to Scotland's farming industry.
