That this House is deeply concerned about the action taken by Esso at short notice to end its contractual arrangement with the operator of the Heath Service Station in Derbyshire by threatening to take occupation of the service station on Friday 22nd January; and calls upon Esso to withdraw its action to allow for a period in which representations can be considered and investigated by the appropriate authorities and interests.
