Motion text

That this House congratulates the Channel Four Dispatches documentary, A Danger To Health, for exposing the crisis facing Britain's specialist medical centres from the Government's market in health care; notes that irreplaceable specialist centres and their committed and gifted teams of doctors, nurses and technicians will be destroyed causing a devastating impact on pioneering medical research and development; regrets the dangerous and traumatic experiences patients and their families have suffered through being denied the specialist treatment they require; and calls on the Government to halt the life threatening cuts to NHS centres of excellence.
