That this House congratulates the B.U.A.V. on their publication of the excellent document 'Campaigning for Change' produced by them to outline the main problems faced by laboratory animals in Europe, including those kept in British laboratories; and calls upon Her Majesty's Government to immediately put forward proposals to achieve the necessary changes in policies to dramatically reduce or cease altogether the numbers of animals used in experiments.
