Motion text

That this House condemns the Child Support Agency for pursuing false claims against two men; recognises that this is a symbol of the vindictive arrogance characteristic of this agency of the Government; calls on the Chief Executive, who is too often 'out of the office' to reply to all honourable Members when requested to do so by a Minister, to resign; and calls on the Government to abandon this cruel attack on families in an attempt to gain revenue at the expense of family wellbeing and especially the wellbeing of the children in affected families.
